Under the supervision of the Executive Director Financial Planning & Analysis, the candidate will lead and manage a team dedicated to financial planning, analysis, and forensic accounting. Responsible for providing strategic financial insights, ensuring the integrity of financial data, and driving the company's financial performance. This role involves managing an analyst and collaborating with tribal departments and businesses to achieve the organization's financial goals. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in financial planning & analysis, forensic accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Familiarity with forensic accounting principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Experience in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP & EPM systems, data visualization tools). Strong leadership and team management skills.
