The Manager of Strategic Communications is a strategic and resourceful leader of integrated communication initiatives with a focus on audience engagement including experiential marketing, corporate communications, and data-driven strategies. This role develops cohesive messaging that leverages Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, and other digital tools to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across multiple platforms using compelling narratives and marketing technology to optimize communication strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Integrated Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns digital, corporate, and experiential messaging. Leverage Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, and other marketing resources to track and optimize communication efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
* Experiential Communications Leadership: Design and implement communication strategies for experiential marketing initiatives, such as branded activations, customer engagements, and immersive experiences. Utilize Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to create personalized messaging and enhance audience engagement before, during, and after experiences.
* Corporate Communications: Lead corporate communication efforts, including executive communications, internal messaging, and stakeholder engagement. Use data-driven insights from Salesforce and other resources to develop content that effectively communicates business priorities and fosters a strong organizational culture.
* Technology Integration: Utilize Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, and other digital tools to segment audiences, automate campaigns, and track engagement across various communication channels. Implement workflows that support communication strategies, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights to maximize effectiveness.
* Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute social media strategies that support experiential campaigns and corporate announcements. Leverage social channels to manage content distribution and community engagement, ensuring cohesive messaging and real-time response across digital platforms.
* Cross-Channel Content Creation: Craft compelling content for digital, social, and traditional channels, including press releases, blog posts, executive messaging, and experiential materials. Use insights from Salesforce and other resources to tailor content to specific audience segments and ensure that all messaging is aligned, strategic, and reflective of the brand voice.
* Campaign Integration & Execution: Collaborate with marketing, product, and experiential teams to develop integrated campaigns that support product launches, clinical studies, market expansions, and branded experiences. Utilize Salesforce and other resources to ensure a unified customer journey and optimize campaign performance across all touchpoints.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, marketing, and experiential teams to align communications strategies with business goals. Act as a strategic advisor on leveraging Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other resources for effective corporate and experiential communications.
* Analytics & Optimization: Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize content, refine messaging, and improve overall audience engagement. Provide regular reporting on communication performance and impact.
* Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning: Develop thought leadership content that enhances our brand's position in the market. Create executive communications, industry articles, and opinion pieces that showcase our expertise and drive brand credibility while supporting our corporate narrative and audience engagement.
* May perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* 8+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and brand visibility.

* Strong expertise in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies that align with business objectives and support experiential marketing initiatives.
* Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive audience engagement across various platforms.
* Proven experience in managing corporate communications, including executive messaging, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience with experiential marketing or event-based communication strategies, with a focus on creating immersive and engaging brand experiences.
* Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other tools to drive content optimization and strategy refinement.
* Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
* Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
