Acquire and maintain expertise in systems (SAP HCM, Business Objects, Power BI, and Snowflake), processes, diverse NBCUniversal employee populations and security to enable accurate reporting and analysis. Lead, mentor and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure execution on team deliverables and team growth. Serve as liaison between IT and HR, translating technical standards and requirements into solutions that resonate with and address business requirements. Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR and People data, ensuring accurate and consistent data insights through effective data modeling. Collaborate with IT, project managers and team members on system upgrades. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Business Unit HR client groups, Finance, Legal, Compliance, etc. and with our parent company, Comcast.
