Job Title: 80811 - Manager, HR Technology and OperationsFind out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Job Location: Bridgewater NJ 08807Onsite Requirements:SuccessFactorsSME in either Compensation, Employee Central, or PerformanceSAP SuccessFactors CertificateJob Description: The Manager of HR Technology and Operations is responsible for driving and executing strategic initiatives to ensure the effective operation of our integrated HR systems, such as SuccessFactors.This role entails overseeing daily support, hands-on configuration and issue resolution.Comprehensive project management for Release Management, implementations and enhancements, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.As a problem solver, you will champion continuous improvement, while partnering with HR, IT, and vendors to support growth and scalability.Additionally, you will enhance the employee and manager experience by acting as a subject matter expert in functional areas, offering consultation to our stakeholders and COEs with innovative solutions, critical thinking and a willingness to challenge the status quo.Key Responsibilities:Drive, champion, and execute initiatives which support the transformation of the Bausch Health HRIS landscape.Understand the current business processes, future state goals, and system functionality to identify scalable solutions and execute change.Gather requirements, Impact analysis, system configuration, testing and deployment of functionality changes.Offers application support across various integrated areas, addresses integration issues, and manages system updates.Serve as the subject matter expert and consultant on SuccessFactors capabilities to HR teams on best practices, system configuration, implementation methodology and execution.Lead the end-to-end administration, design, configuration and support of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Goals Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics and Reporting.Assess business processes for continuous improvement, process mapping, and providing solution recommendations.Act as a change agent integrating Robotics and AI functionality where appropriate to ensure technology changes are effectively adopted and utilized.Maintenance of data management fields, foundation data, position management, business rules, picklists, calculated fields, security permissions and translations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Partner with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, research system functionality, recommend and develop proof of concept solutions, configure changes, develop testing and execution plans and reporting needs.Oversee SuccessFactors Release Management and other HR systems releases.Create and update user and training materials (QRGs, FAQs, videos) for distribution to global HR colleagues.Manage and prioritize case and issue resolution on internal and vendor ticketsActively manages 3rd party vendor resources to achieve strategic goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions and technical work encompasses end-to-end processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required. Information systems, computer science discipline highly preferred.Minimum 6 years working with HR related technologies as a functional/ technical expert with configuration and maintenance experienceProven expertise in Core HR Operations and Processes, encompassing Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Reporting/AnalyticsCertifications in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation and Workforce Analytics) highly preferredStrong technical knowledge of SuccessFactors, Cloud integration and Integration Center preferredExtensive experience in HR Operational excellence and Service DeliveryProficiency in project management methodology and principles with practical application experienceProven ability to recognize the significance of details and ensure timely deliverablesAbility to effectively manage changing and conflicting prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationOutstanding organizational and analytical abilities with a strong focus on consultative and client serviceAbility to manage changing priorities and work within a cross-functional teamDemonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and work ethicA collaborative team member who is willing to jump in and help, with the ability to build trust and foster relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and project management** 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
