Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Human Resources with 7+ years of experience to support our HR department in various functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, senior-level recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.   • Oversee the entire recruitment process, establishing recruitment requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. Must have experience sourcing corporate, high-volume, and Executive-level positions.
  • Collaborating with the Executive leadership team to define the organization's long-term mission and core values to continue an inclusive culture.
  • Assist in the daily workflow of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements. It is preferred that the candidate has experience with employees in multiple states and in remote staffing solutions.
  • Assisting the organization's staffing budget and is responsible for the budget for the HR department.
  • Managing all associate Benefits programs, assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, and obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids.
  • All aspects of Compensation Management. Establishing compensation plans, conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling, and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay increase budgets, implementing pay structure revisions, and developing motivational bonus plans.
  • Managing Succession Planning, working with managers to identify and develop internal candidates with potential to fill key business leadership positions within the company through systematic evaluation process and testing.
  • Maintaining management policies, procedures, guidelines, and the Associate Handbook.
  • Assist the Training Manager with training programs on an on-going basis and making recommendations as necessary to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Associate Discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage new hire, onboarding, and performance management process within ADP.
  • Work collaboratively and strategically on a team of 5, which includes a Payroll Manager, HR Generalist, HR Director and Training and Development/Regulatory Compliance Manager.
You have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or human resources management preferred
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • You must be an associate advocate and be comfortable creating and maintaining relationships with all associates
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
  • Strong expertise in networking and sourcing high level Executive Candidates
  • Ability to consistently exercise sound judgment
  • Must be able to effectively manage confidential information
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office
