Barrington James are partnered with a leading life sciences strategy consulting firm that partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive growth and improve patient outcomes. My client are seeking a talented and experienced Consultant to join their team.
As a Engagement Manager you will manage and lead multiple engagements, projects and teams to provide recommendations focused on critical issues for clients.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
and identifying opportunities for new business development and leading
development of new business proposals.
Manage teams and over see other consultants
Contribute to the development of the firm's intellectual capital, including
methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Participate in recruiting and developing top talent, including conducting
interviews, providing training and mentorship, and supporting staff development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
You have a Masters Degree. PhD, MD or MBA is a strong plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in life sciences management consulting
Experience overseeing or managing team members
Experience with one or more of the following domain areas: Pricing & Market Access, Commercial Strategy, MedTech, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop, drive and
communicate strategic recommendations.
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, including ability to manage
multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
