Are you a skilled accounting professional looking to join a dynamic law firm? Rutherford & Christie LLP is seeking a Law Firm Accounts Manager to join our team. If you have experience in financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and customer retention, we want to hear from you. As the Law Firm Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the firm, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reports to partners, appeals, and auditing. You will work closely with our team of partners to ensure compliance with client billing practices, billing submissions and appeals, and strategic financial plans to support our firm's legal needs. Key Responsibilities: Timely run monthly and quarterly bills, upload to platforms, and track payments and appeals Manage financial statements and general ledger Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Company Information: Rutherford & Christie is a firm of experienced trial lawyers committed to providing quality legal representation, strong and effective advocacy, and responsive and personal service.
