Job Overview: The Manager, Loyalty Marketing & Analytics is responsible for analysis, segmentation, and strategy recommendations to enhance the overall database marketing strategy for Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos through data from a wide array of sources to identify new trends while fostering a continuous test and learn environment. This position drives loyalty amongst our Club M guests through innovative marketing in areas such as gaming offers, promotions, VIP events, and entertainment.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, statistics, mathematics, business, or accounting.

* 7+ years of experience in database marketing, working on direct marketing campaigns in a CRM platform.

* 3+ years of indirect or 2+ years of direct people-leadership experience.

* CRM/CDP experience required, Adobe, Oracle or Salesforce preferred.

* Advanced analytical skills required, including financial modeling, statistical analysis, forecasting, and optimization analytics.

* Ability to translate complex data and key analytical findings into strategic recommendations for nontechnical audiences.

* Strong knowledge of database/direct marketing program design, segmentation, targeting, testing, production, and fulfillment.

* Experience creating customer segmentation plans and personalization strategies.

* Expertise in Microsoft Excel and SQL; working knowledge of HTML preferred.

* Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with all levels of stakeholders.

* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work autonomously, and solve problems efficiently.

* Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

* Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
