Job Summary:SUMMARYMaintenance Manager will be responsible for providing direction, coordination and support for the daily execution of the maintenance department's operating plan with the primary objective of maintaining the Plant's equipment and facilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES5% Supervises all assigned maintenance personnel in the executionof their daily work to ensure the production line achievesobjectives. Selects and coordinates appropriate trainingmaterials and sessions to develop the skill level of maintenancepersonnel.20% Directs and coordinates design, construction, and maintenanceof equipment and machinery. Prepares requests for capital andensures projects are completed in a timely manner. Performs allMechanical and Electrical engineering jobs and/or designs asrequired. Selects and troubleshoots mechanical equipment.Performs NFPA70E tasks as required.20% Establishes and administers preventive and predictivemaintenance programs. Plans, develops, and implements newmethods and procedures designed to improve operations.Ensures compliance with all industry and company standardsafety practices.50% Responsible for writing PLC and HMI code, as well as power andcontrol specification and troubleshooting. Complete power wiring,troubleshooting, and specification for low and medium voltagesystems.
