Overview
Job Purpose
We're searching for a highly qualified marketer to help oversee our biggest marketing programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing communication skills, a background in developing and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and execute large-scale marketing strategies and programs across our Capital Markets and Listings businesses
- Partner with Marketing, Events, Communications, Capital Markets and Listings to plan, program and deliver on high-quality partnerships that are in line with the NYSE's goals and objectives
- Work with some of the greatest companies in the world to elevate and amplify their high-profile marketing initiatives (e.g., product launches, sponsorships, company milestones)
- Own the project management process; develop a workflow that ensures projects are completed successfully and on time
- Create marketing collateral and presentations as needed
Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing and/or project management for a media company, agency or in-house marketing team
- Experience overseeing multi-platform marketing programs from beginning to end, developing work back plans and timelines, managing budgets and mobilizing teams
- Proven ability to communicate with decision makers at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A record of working independently and resourcefully and within tight deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively execute initiatives
- Experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Canva; Working knowledge of Monday.com and Salesforce
Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 108,200 - 144,200 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
