Acronym is looking for a dedicated Manager, Marketing & Communications who gets offline and online disciplines. Someone who enjoys a challenge, understands digital marketing technology, and wants to step up on stage in a few months to make certain we win our second Agency of the Year Award in a row! Responsibilities:

* Reporting to VP, Marketing along with following strategy set by senior exec team.

* Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities

* Conduct research and provide broad administrative support for relevant marketing activities

* Assist in ideating, developing and maintaining stellar sales and marketing collateral, including copy editing, research and light-touch design

* Contribute to the planning, logistics and execution of external and client-facing activities and events in the U.S. and globally

* Collaborate in brainstorms ideating programming concepts for branded editorial programs and initiatives.

* Support the VP, Marketing in managing and creating content for the website and social media accounts

* Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a shared drive organization, CRM, marketing automation tools

* Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities

Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

* Experience in a B2B professional services environment (advertising, digital/search marketing or public relations agency experience is preferred)

* Excellent communications and organizational skills (i.e. presentation; conflict negotiation; email)

* Excellent project management skills

* Adapts quickly to fast-paced environment; quick learner

* Strong business judgment, professional etiquette

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
