Manager, Marketing - Sales Programs to support our
Marketing Department.
Summary:D&H is a dynamic and rapidly expanding marketing organization looking for a strategic and results-oriented Manager, Marketing - Sales Programs. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Communities & Partnerships, this key role involves shaping and executing go-to-market strategies and marketing programs to drive sales pipeline and revenue for D&H.
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Oversee strategic and operational marketing for D&H's sales segments. Collaborate with sales leadership, business unit executives, and vendor marketing to achieve business objectives and financial goals. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans to grow key sales segments: SMB, Mid-Market Enterprise, MSP, and verticals like Public Sector. Marketing Management: Lead the development and execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing initiatives, including field marketing, internal sales engagement events & incentives, and customer events, while spearheading event recruitment strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and cultivate a high-performing team responsible for driving integrated marketing efforts. Coach and manage financial forecasts and results to ensure the team meets individual and departmental goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and peers in Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Branding, and Agency. Build strong internal relationships with sales, vendor management, and purchasing to drive collective goals. P&L Management: Manage the Sales Programs P&L to meet financial targets. Identify revenue streams, maintain a balanced marketing mix, and effectively manage marketing expenses. Analysis: Oversee reporting metrics for operational efficiency and ROI for vendor sponsorships by providing support on analysis and communication to involved parties. Collaborate with finance organization on standard reporting and opportunities to elevate scorecards
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, with direct experience leading a Sales and/or Marketing team.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within the technology sector, channel marketing, and vendor marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
