**Manager, Merchandise Operations - Tommy Hilfiger**

The Manager, Merchandise Operations is responsible for the managing the placement of off-price buys and tracking/serviceability for USA and Canada. The main accounts include TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross Stores, Burlington, and Costco. This role would work closely with the WS Operations team and will report into the VP, Wholesale Operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Roll up seasonal market off price sportswear buys and lead meetings to review the buys with the sales, supply, PD, design, and merchandising teams

* Place quarterly and chase buys with the supply team for USA and Canada off price product

* Coordinate with sales the uploads of all customer orders into SAP

* Manage and coordinate the creation of all off price prepacks and inner packs

* Track orders off price orders by account, and report serviceability by sku monthly

* Track all shipments with supply, logistics, and the warehouse to ensure all purchase orders arrive in the DC in a timely manner

* Inform Sales and Customer Service on any delayed styles. Recommend any foreseeable delivery issues in advance so CS is prepared for any issues

* Ensure all customer specific ticket orders have been replaced on time with the ticketing supplier

* Track market order buys by delivery against the requested in DC dates

* Work within SAP to ensure all new styles are setup correctly and accurately

* Generate and analyze specific weekly and monthly inventory and shipment reports in SAP and other reporting systems to ensure all shipping targets are being met on a monthly basis

* Assist with any special projects or ad hoc queries as directed by VP, Wholesale Operations

* Will be responsible for managing the entire USA and Canada off price sportswear business, including placing all buys, communicating with sales on delays, and ensuring all orders are loaded into SAP in a timely manner

**Qualifications:**

* College degree

* 5-7 years of related experience, desired

* Able to work independently

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel (strong pivot and Vlookup skills)

* Strong retail math skills and financial/business acumen

* Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

* Support VP, Wholesale Operations, on inventory and financial projecting and reporting. Responsible for report generation when needed.

* Recommends seasonal market buys and ATS bump up needs based on rolling up all customers and deliveries

* Must be able to self-manage workload and deadlines without full guidance of supervisor

* Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets

* SAP experience, strongly preferred

* Creative thinker and effective collaborator who must be able to find the best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency, impacting the success of the WS Ops team

* Flexibility required to respond to changing needs of the business with adherence to deadlines

* Have the ability to identify improvements to process and implement them

* Forge good relationships with all internal partners
