The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales & marketing data, developing insights, and driving strategies to optimize our sales & marketing efforts and improve ROI. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure sales performance & marketing performance across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. Extract and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform both sales & marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytics efforts with business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making. Manage the collection and integration of marketing data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Present complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and data science.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of driving results through data analysis. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and marketing metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Reporting. Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL). #J-18808-Ljbffr
