Key Responsibilities:
- AI and Automation Strategy: Develop and execute an AI-driven workflow automation strategy to streamline business processes across departments.
- Process Design & Improvement: Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation, creating efficient processes that leverage AI tools and technologies to reduce manual intervention.
- AI Tool Integration: Oversee the integration of AI technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning models, and robotic process automation (RPA) tools, into existing systems and platforms.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product, IT, and business teams to understand workflow challenges, collect requirements, and ensure successful deployment of automation solutions.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure AI workflows are implemented on time, within budget, and with high quality. Manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of AI-driven automation and generate reports on KPIs, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize AI workflows for performance improvements, cost savings, and scalability.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure AI and automation solutions comply with data privacy regulations and security standards.
- Training & Support: Provide training for end-users on new AI workflows and automation tools. Offer ongoing support for troubleshooting and process improvement.
