A Medicaid special needs plan in NY is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Operations to support the integrated care and behavioral health services team. About the opportunity: Schedule: Business hours, Monday through Friday Setting: Office Work Model: Hybrid Responsibilities: The Manager for Behavioral Operations will be responsible for: * Serving as the behavioral health lead for the management of coordination and implementation of care managmenet systems * Partnering with leadership to develop and document departmental workflows and related training materials * Serving as departmental lead to collaborate on compliance/regulatory and quality matters * Providing support and/or coordination for various audits * Other duties, as needed Qualifications: * Bachelor's in business, health care, project management * 3 years working in heath related project management capacity * 3 years working in a managed care environment, specifically NY medicaid organization * Alignment in the company's vision, mission and values which include inclusity and cultural humility Desired Skills: * Experience with behavioral health and children's services
