The Manager of Client Services will be responsible for leading a Client Service team to provide a white glove service model to financial advisors and clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage a Client Service Team
- Implement scalable and efficient workflows with compliant industry standard policies and procedures
- Onboard newly acquired partners
- Manage custodian relationship and account opening/maintenance transactions/NIGO's
- First point of contact for Client interaction and problem resolution
- Manage data and integrity of CRM database
Qualifications:
- Four year college degree (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics)
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in the RIA space of financial services
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Series 65 license (required or achieved
