Job Description:

The Manager of Client Services will be responsible for leading a Client Service team to provide a white glove service model to financial advisors and clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage a Client Service Team
  • Implement scalable and efficient workflows with compliant industry standard policies and procedures
  • Onboard newly acquired partners
  • Manage custodian relationship and account opening/maintenance transactions/NIGO's
  • First point of contact for Client interaction and problem resolution
  • Manage data and integrity of CRM database

Qualifications:

  • Four year college degree (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics)
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience in the RIA space of financial services
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Series 65 license (required or achieved
