The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of Health at Home. They provide input into the hiring of clinical staff and oversee their training and professional development. They liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans. They are expected to manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed and develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and improve quality of care. They will develop and monitor quality initiatives inclusive of patient satisfaction.
