Our client is seeking a Manager of Converting Business Unit to join their team. Ownership of the Converting Business Unit. Responsible for managing customer expectations through quoting, estimating and actively engaging with customers via drawing generation and detailed capability discussions, maintaining and improving the manufacturing operationJob Title: Converting Business Unit ManagerLocation: Glen Rock, Pa area Pay Range: $110-115kWhat's the Job?•Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day production including capacity, safety, quality, productivity, yields, and delivery performance assuring safe implementation thereof and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. ISO, FDA, OSHA, EPA-DEP, etc.) and company procedures for Converting department.•Manage customer expectations in alignment with current converting capabilities.•Direct supervision of Process Engineering and Machine Operators.What's Needed?•Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or related field.Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in coating and finishing technologiesIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
