Manager of Culture and Employee Engagement

We are seeking a Manager of Culture and Employee Engagement to join the team of a prominent organization headquartered in Greenwich. This newly created role is highly visible and championed at the highest levels of the company. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in shaping a unified culture, driving DEI initiatives, and aligning leadership and employee engagement strategies with the new mission and values.

What You'll Do

  • Engagement Strategy: Build and execute tailored employee engagement strategies that connect and inspire teams across multiple offices.
  • DEI Leadership: Develop a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, including launching Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that reflect the unique needs of each location.
  • Mission Integration: Embed the new mission and values into cultural initiatives, HR processes, and leadership programs.
  • Event Oversight: Plan and manage global events that celebrate company culture and reinforce core values.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Partner with office leaders and employees across the U.S. to create a cohesive yet customized approach to engagement for approximately 400 team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a centralized strategy and budget to track best practices, secure resources, and deliver results-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with employees and office leaders to identify cultural needs and develop site-specific initiatives.
  • Execute employee engagement programs, such as volunteering opportunities and localized events.
  • Champion DEI and launch ERGs; ensuring that diversity strategies resonate with all employees.
  • Plan and oversee global events, from celebrations to team-building activities, ensuring alignment with cultural priorities.
  • Collaborate on leadership development programs that reinforce our mission and values.
  • Measure success through data analysis, surveys, and employee feedback, continually refining strategies for improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in culture, organizational development, or HR strategy roles. Experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead impactful culture programs in complex environments. Strong communication, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Mindset: A passion for creating inclusive workplaces, inspiring engagement, and championing organizational values.

Work Location and Schedule

  • Based in Greenwich, CT with the flexibility to work from home on alternate Fridays.
  • Requires 10% travel, primarily during the onboarding period, to connect with office teams across the U.S.
