POSITION SUMMARY This position is primarily responsible for providing actionable analysis of business and initiative performance that produces strategic opportunities using restaurant data, consumer data, product mix/performance, and financial performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMay perform any or all the following duties:
- Lead cross-functional projects and analysis to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
- Use analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes
- Develop and Retain data analytics analysts. Ensure they have the tools and knowledge for success in the role
- Set priorities for their team based on Data Analytics team vision
- Maintain a high-performance environment for themselves and their direct reports
- Identify Analytics opportunities and create plans of action
- Pursue knowledge growth in Analytics methodologies, Leadership, and Process
- Be a positive role model for the Data Analytics Team
- Communicate with top management regarding results of analyses and recommendations for action
- Maintain Responsibility and Accountability for assigned Projects or Processes
- Oversee forecasts and reporting for their direct report
- Champion initiatives aimed at improving Data Analytics processes that unlock solutions and drive growth.
- Manage multiple competing projects, to prioritize and meet challenging deadlines.
- Demonstrate effective planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or other related quantitative fields. MBA preferred.
- Approximately three (3+) years of experience preferred in Business Analytics, FP&A, or other quantitative Finance role.
- Expert fluency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with BI tool such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI
- Intermediate SQL a must.
- Experience with scripting/statistical language such as R or Python
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.
- Work well under pressure, show a sense of urgency, remain flexible, and both effectively and quickly adjust to shifting priorities and conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and third-party vendors to accomplish strategic goals, complete special projects, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create summaries as well as preparing and executing presentations in a clear, concise manner.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Restaurant Support Center that is a fast paced, high volume of activity environment.

- Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
- Limited travel as needed
