e&e is seeking a Manager of Data Quality for an onsite opportunity in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania!
The Manager of Data Quality is a driven and detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and validity of learner data. This role oversees the submission of state and federal data reports, establishes best practices for data governance, and supports a team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and validity of learner data across all school databases.
• Develop and implement data validation procedures to identify and correct inaccuracies.
• Partner with the Technology Department to identify and implement opportunities for process automation.
• Monitor data processing and reporting queues to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, eliminate backlogs, and streamline workflows.
• Document standard operating procedures for all processes related to learner data.
• Lead efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness through continuous process refinement.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in data governance and operations.
• Supervise and support a team, ensuring team members understand their roles and goals.
• Foster a culture of trust, respect, and open communication where team members feel valued and heard.
• Encourage cross-departmental collaboration to promote shared learning and innovation.
• Lead change initiatives, providing clear communication, context, and support for team members.
• Delegate tasks to empower team members, promote ownership, and build leadership capacity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications/experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with a strong aptitude for working with large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Effective leadership and team management skills, including coaching, guiding, and motivating a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
• Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
