Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations:
- Manage financial reporting, including consolidations and SEC filings.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely SEC filings, including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and related documents.
- Develop and maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Ensure SOX 404 compliance by maintaining effective internal controls.
- Handle various ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements for the Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in consolidations and SEC reporting.
- Familiarity with HFM, SAP BPC, or similar tools.
- CPA preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
