Position Overview:

Title: Manager of Financial ReportingLocation: Florissant, MO (On-Site)Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 (Annually)Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the organization.
  • Perform quarterly royalty calculations and report on product revenue and ROI.
  • Prepare inventory reporting and deliver Board-level reports on key financial metrics.
  • Provide critical support for audits, ensuring financial statements align with GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to assist in generating insightful financial data for senior leadership, offering analysis to help with business decision-making.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc reporting tasks and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with an emphasis on external audits and public accounting experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of FASB pronouncements and GAAP.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.) is essential.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
