DUTIES:
- Manage Helpdesk Staff: scheduling, support, supervision, ensure accuracy and details of the work being done.
- Implement new hardware and software solutions.
- Maintain Helpdesk ticket system.
- Manage and maintain telephony system: manage user accounts and extensions, phone installations, and system upgrades.
- Maintain Vendor relations and contracts for services.
- Use collaborative management practices, support effective communication and collaboration in all aspects.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree and/or Technical School Certification preferred. At least seven years of experience working with PC's, servers other network devices in LAN/WAN environment, cloud infrastructure and virtual machines.
