Job Description - Oversee the accounting and financial reporting for all M&A transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely treatment of M&A deals
- Manage the consolidation process
- Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to donduct thorough financial due dilligence
- Lead the accounting integration of acquired businesses

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years experience in accounting, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and consolidation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
