As the Manager of Network Compliance at VillageCare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our provider network adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. You will oversee the compliance of Social Adult Day Care and Adult Day Health Centers, while also auditing other compliance needs within the network management department. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining compliance policies, leading audits, and providing essential training to both network providers and internal teams. You will work closely with departments such as Regulatory Affairs and Legal to foster a unified compliance approach. Your proactive monitoring of the provider network will help mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards. By staying informed on regulatory changes, you will implement necessary updates to our policies, acting as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our compliance function. What matters most To excel as the Manager of Network Compliance at VillageCare, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Law, Business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or network management is essential, along with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Medicaid, CMS, and New York state-specific requirements. Successful candidates will have proven experience in managing audits, implementing corrective action plans, and following up on remediation activities. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will be responsible for training and educating diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to assess and mitigate risks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other compliance management tools is necessary, along with the capability to work collaboratively across various departments and with external partners to ensure a cohesive compliance strategy.
