JOB PURPOSEMSC Cruises USA is hiring a Manager of Partnerships to manage key existing partnerships and evaluate new opportunities that drive brand awareness, consideration and relevancy and meet other KPIs such as leads and bookings We are seeking a seasoned manager who can think strategically, has a data-driven mentality and will ensure partnerships are evaluated, executed and optimized to meet the business goals. The candidate will be required to manage complex program detail and will demonstrate strong creative skills along with initiative, resourcefulness and ability to work proactively while collaborating in a team environment. Our future Manager should be someone with experience leading and activating major sponsorship programs, using data and analysis to drive decisions and insights, coupled with a customer-centric mentality.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Manage existing partnerships to ensure they are meeting or exceeding deliverables and goals- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic brand partnerships that align with our target audience and brand values.- Develop and nurture relationships with potential partner organizations, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage ongoing collaborations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Management, Social Media and PR, to create integrated marketing campaigns that leverage brand partnerships for maximum impact.- Support the development of an evaluation model and criteria for partnership and sponsorship opportunities to ensure alignment with our brand, our values, and our business goals- Coordinate with external partners and internal partners (sourcing, public relations, media, content, and events teams) to create integrated, best-in-class online and offline experiences that maximize sponsorship value- Manage the fulfillment of all advertising & branded materials related to sponsorship agreements, including completing a creative brief- Assist with the development and implementation of sponsorship campaigns including assisting with photo shoots, creative development, content production, and trafficking creative assets to the business owners and legal for review and approval- Partner with the research and analytics teams to ensure proper measurement of relevant KPIs for all partnerships and sponsorships, demonstrating tangible brand and business impact- Monitor and measure the success of brand partnership initiatives, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for future partnership strategies.- Remain active with stakeholders and deliver executive-level summaries to provide status, communicate dependencies, and ensure alignment to strategic goals and deadlineQUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.- At least 8 years of experience in marketing [SS1] with a deep understanding of partnerships, sponsorship, and contract management- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment- You must be able to handle and manage multiple relationships with influencers and partners with the highest level of customer service- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Goal oriented with high standards for excellence- Strong time management skillsVISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)- US Passport or US Permanent Resident- MSC Cruises is an E-Verify employerMSC Cruises USA is an equal opportunity employer that complies with EEOC rules and regulations.
