**Manager of Plant Operations - Albany Memorial Hospital- Troy, NY - Full Time - Days**
Manages the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems, equipment for Facilities Management which includes, but is not limited to, all water, sanitary, stea, gas, electric, air handling systems, related fixed equipment, rolling and moveable mechanical equipment, operations of the boiler plant, generator plant, chiller plant, medical waste, disposal system, and the hospital recycling program.
**Education requirements:**
Work requires thorough knowledge and skills equivalent to that normally acquired by completing a bachelor's degree program. Licensure as a professional engineer is highly desirable.
**Experience Requirements:**
Five (5) years progressively greater responsibility in facilities management. Must possess experience in operating, maintaining, and supervising a variety of MEP systems in a healthcare setting. Must have a familiarity with environmental standards and be able to perform environmental monitoring as required. Must have working knowledge of NYS codes, JCAHO regulations, and DOH requirements as related to the healthcare industry.
_Pay Range: $31-94 -$ 51.10._
_Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. _
