As the Rehabilitation Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in clinical management, oversight and supervision of rehabilitation services in the MLTC, MAP and ESNP programs.

Responsibilities:
- Review clinical rehab documentation from outside vendors and providers to ensure our members are receiving appropriate service
- Review requests for all DME in the home for appropriateness
- Provides on-site education to nurse managers and VP's regarding rehab's role in our member's care
- Field visits as required to assess for high-end DME needs and home safety assessments
- Ensure compliance, consistent with health rules of the New York State DOH
Education
- Master's in Healthcare or related field
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist License
Experience & Skills Required
- Master's degree in healthcare or a related field
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist license
- Two to Four years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent computer, organizational and interpersonal skills and be a team player who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Requires home visits, as needed
- Willing to cover Bronx, Westchester and Manhattan region
