Our Newest Opportunity: Job Description The Manager, Retirement Investments is a key member of the Retirement Solutions Team working closely and collaboratively with other members of the Retirement, Investment, field advisor teams, and strategic partners. The Manager's primary responsibilities include the oversight and support of our Complete Retirement Solution (CRS) investment menus, nationally supported Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) 3(38) client investment menus, Collective Investment Trust oversight and support, oversight and support of our investment monitoring system, set up and administration of Personalized Portfolios, our advisor managed account solution, and general investment support for our field advisors.
Responsibilities - Oversight of CRS client 3(38) investment menus: Oversee all CRS client investment menus ensuring compliance with ERISA section 3(38) and that client investment menus meet the needs of participating employers and their employees. Coordinate investment menu changes with record keepers including notice requirements. Be available for questions and assistance related to sales and business development, including RFP responses, and investment monitoring.
- Oversight of our nationally supported PEP 3(38) investment menus: Oversee nationally supported pooled employer plan solutions including, provider partner relationships (recordkeepers, third party administrators, Pooled Plan Providers), PEP investment menus ensuring compliance with ERISA section 3(38) and that client investment menus meet the needs of participating employers and their employees. Coordinate investment menu changes with record keepers including notice requirements. Be available for questions and assistance related to sales and business development, client service, RFP responses, and investment monitoring.
- Collective Investment Trusts: OneDigital utilizes multiple CITs when delivering our investment services for clients. The Manager's role will be oversight of administration related to the CITs used by OneDigital.
- Investment Monitoring System: The manager will be the primary point of contact, support, and administration for our investment monitoring tool for both internal and external contacts.
- Personalized Portfolios managed account investments: Partner with field advisors and manage the implementation and investment changes related to OneDigital Personalized Portfolios (advisor managed accounts) for clients.
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and manage investment risks, ensuring compliance of the investment menus and Personalized Portfolios related to all responsibilities above.
- Reporting: Partner with the Retirement Services, CRS, and Marketing teams to develop, prepare and present quarterly monitoring reports (QMRs) and Executive Summary, as needed and arrange quarterly webinar presenting QMRs for CRS and nationally supported PEP clients.
Qualifications - 5 years of experience in retirement investment management and related fields
- Knowledge of 3(38) investment management, pooled employer plans, and participant managed accounts requirements and regulations
- Strong understanding of ERISA and other relevant regulations
- Excellent organization, analytical, and decision-making
- Possess and demonstrate key employee attributes such as integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, inspiration and encouragement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $135,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
