You will be responsible for managing and driving complex programs from concept to launch, ensuring that they meet objectives and achieve schedule, financial, and quality targets. You will lead assigned programs including acquisition integrations, cost reduction programs, product localizations, and complex engineering systems implementations. You will communicate project plans and status to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, while coordinating project activity with cross-functional teams, functional experts, and senior leadership. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to drive successful program outcomes.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management, managing project scope, budget, schedule, and constraints, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project timelines, ensuring that every stage is meticulously planned and that projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure effective project planning including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Assemble cross-functional project teams and assign responsibilities, identifying and addressing resource constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing issues and challenges that may impact project success.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality and performance standards.
  • Lead acquisition integration efforts for acquired companies, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure acquisitions are well integrated to Clark-Reliance.
  • Lead cost reduction programs, working closely with engineering and operations to implement cost-savings while tracking and reporting on progress.
  • Initiate and lead product localization efforts, developing the business cases and rationale for product localizations in Clark-Reliance regional manufacturing centers.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive management team and key stakeholders with project status, risks, and opportunities during project reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies.
  • Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
  • Interact and communicate with all levels of employees within the Company, as well as suppliers, customers and peers effectively.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, standards, and rules of the Company.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Required Experience and Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Able to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English.
    • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management, managing project scope, budget, schedule, and constraints, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work with multiple deadlines in an ever-changing environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
    Preferred Experience and Skills:
    • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP)
    • Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
    • BS in Engineering
    • Experience in a technical B2B manufacturing environment
    Physical and Technical Environment
    • Minimal lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend and stoop in a normal office environment. Ability to routinely travel throughout multi-floor office and shop area, walking, climbing stairs, utilizing elevator. Clean and orderly manufacturing environment and/or normal office conditions, changing deadlines and project requirements, strict time constraints.
