**Description****Division Summary:** CRST's Dedicated Solutions division is focused on service excellence to retailers and producers who need consistent, dependable, high-quality delivery services. We provide customers the flexibility of a private fleet, without the expense. Dedicated Solutionsis divided into East and West divisions.**Job Summary:**Responsible for overseeing a team of two Fleet Managers who are responsible for 35 drivers. Their main task is to ensure the fleet is well-maintained, meets legal requirements, and is operated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs. They are responsible for managing and developing relationships with drivers to increase overall driver satisfaction and improve driver retention. They also work closely with drivers to coordinate deliveries and ensure they arrive at their destination on time. Communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Build, develop, and oversee the training of new staff.+ Ensure budget and cost management.+ Define, document, and hold team accountable to account specific SOP's.+ Oversee the management and retention of 35 drivers to include good driver morale, high level of service to customers, safety, and efficient and profitable utilization of equipment.+ Oversee and ensure compliance in scheduling of all maintenance and repairs of all company-owned equipment.+ Ensure on-time service for our customer.This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of annual base salary.**Work Location:** This role will work on-site at our customer location in Marengo, OH**Shift:** Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pmThe CRST Core Values: Safety at the Core of All We Do - Integrity in Every Decision and Action - Commitment to the Success of Employees, Customers, Agents, Contractors, and Communities.EEO Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.**Qualifications****Education****Preferred**+ Associates or better
