Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.This role in summaryWhirlpool is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Manager, Organization and Strategy Lead - KitchenAid Small Appliances position located at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The objective of this role is to utilize an understanding of the KitchenAid Business Unit (BU) Strategy, talent pipeline, and organization, to partner with business and HR leadership teams to drive the People Excellence agenda.Your responsibilities will include* Partner with the HR (Human Resources) Lead and Leadership Team to develop the People Excellence Agenda & associated goals/metrics needed to enable delivery of the business strategy* Ensure deep understanding of Business strategy, partner with Global HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) to ensure business needs are incorporated into CoE strategies, processes, etc* Ensure deep understanding of BU State of Organization & Talent , utilizing data and insights (i.e. attrition, future talent pipeline, engagement, current talent makeup, org makeup, etc.)* Facilitate annual organization planning, profit planning and talent processes for the BU* Partner with Business Unit Leadership & HR leads to manage the executive-level talent pipeline* Lead planning and business unit embedment of new talent or learning initiatives* Partner with Global Talent Acquisition on sourcing strategies and execution needed to address key talent gaps* Lead large scale organization effectiveness initiatives across the BU to ensure org design aligned to the business strategy / priorities* Partner with Data & Analytics COE and HR Operations to establish necessary data and system enablement of Organizational Governance* Partner with Global Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) on I&D strategy and BU execution needed to drive an Inclusive culture and increased diverse representation of the employee baseMinimum requirements* Bachelor's Degree* 5+ Years of HR ExperiencePreferred skills and experiences* Bachelor's Degree in HR* Strong business acumen* Strong communication skills* Data Analytics skills* Previous talent management or talent center of expertise experience* Previous HR Business Partner experience* Previous organizational Design/Development experienceWhat we offerGenerous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
