The Manager of Partner Services will be responsible for hiring, supervision, training, mentoring and continuing education for all partner services team members throughout the state of Alabama. This individual will guide assigned staff toward the accomplishment of Legacy of Hope's mission and goals by supporting the professional development team, monitoring team compliance with internal policies related to partner services, driving innovation and identifying best practices within LoH's DSA. The manager will monitor organizational metrics related to partner services to identify successes and opportunities for improvement for partner services team members and our partner hospitals. They will work closely with the Director of Family and Partner Services and other management team and executive leadership members to set organizational goals related to professional development, timeliness of referrals, effective requests and other metrics as determined.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Bachelor degree in health sciences, marketing or similar field of study required. A minimum of two years of experience as a Partner Services Team Member or recognized equivalent from another organ procurement organization or tissue recovery agency. Partner Services experience can serve in lieu of degree.
Preferred: Masters level education. Prior management, team lead or supervisory experience. Knowledge or experience with policy, procedure and regulatory issues governing organ procurement.LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.
