It is our shared responsibility to maintain the first-class reputation associated with the franchise in all aspects of our business.The Manager, Partnership Activation position is responsible for serving as the main daily contact for high-profile partners ensuring their agreement elements are provided and our partners' business objectives are properly met through their association with the Organization. The Department is centered on customer service and developing and maintaining its client relationships. Ideally, the chosen candidate will be detail oriented, an over communicator, organized, solutions based, a team player and adaptable.Primary Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with select partners and manage the overall deal fulfillment areas. This includes signage, branding, special events, in-game assets, hospitality, experiences, consumer activations, and digital promotions.
- Manage inventory for corporate partners and their assets within their agreement and other areas for the department as needed.
- Create partner-related reports, recap, and renewal documents.
- Work together with all department staff, assisting with partner game-day activities, off-site events, and customer entertainment.
- Collaborate with all internal departments to fulfill all partner obligations (including senior-level executives), including Baseball Operations, Marketing, Non-Baseball Events, Operations, and Ticketing.
- Plan and execute both gameday and non-gameday events and activations.
- Host and support partners at games as needed
- Oversee deal benefit fulfillment for select partners of the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field.
- 4 years of corporate sponsorship, partnership activation experience required.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while maintaining high-level attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship building
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience with a positive outlook.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Required to work games during the baseball season, including on evenings, weekends and select holidays.
