About the Team/Position
As a Hearing Process Manager, you will be a central team member to Walmart Unemployment Services Hearings Support Team. You will review, research, and analyze employment documentation for former employees. Based on the documentation, you will create hearing packets that are organized in a logical order to explain the detailed events which lead to termination/separation from the company in a manner that allows field managers to quickly and easily identify the key facts and issues. Additionally, you will conduct prep calls with store level witnesses to ensure the witness is prepared to testify at the upcoming unemployment hearing. Finally, you will participate in unemployment hearings as needed to testify from business records. Walmart's participation in unemployment hearings alleviates the company's financial liabilities to pay unemployment claims.
