We are searching for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and marketing automation team. You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing managing our media budget, creative, web content, sales collateral, organic search results and social campaigns that culminate in successful lead generation as well as meetings booked from our website with prospects. You will bring your strategic mindset to this role as you analyze conversion rates to optimize success in getting leads that convert to meetings and opportunities for new business.Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will have considerable exposure to the CEO and executive team as you work on refining strategy and reporting results. The successful candidate is both a doer and a big picture thinker. With knowledge of the marketing tech stack, such as Wordpress, Canva and Salesforce.com, you will do some hands-on work to get the marketing engine humming, but also have the knowledge and mindset to think strategically, shape the vision, and direct the marketing agency and others to execute our vision. Your goal is to deliver cost-effective results from our integrated campaigns.This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits.Candidates must reside in the St. Louis metro area.
