MANAGER, PLAYFLY PREMIER MARKETING SERVICES Hybrid New York, NY THE RUNDOWN The primary role of this position is to work as a Marketing Services and Project Lead on designated 2026 Host Committee sales representation projects and clients. The individual will be directly responsible for developing sponsorship proposals and packages, sponsorship sales collateral, managing project administration, and ensuring client communication. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Lead 2026 Host Committee sales properties, including client management and internal coordination
- Develop and provide Host Committee and sales team(s) with relevant sales materials, including introductory materials, custom presentations, term sheets, etc.
- Create customized sponsorship packages based on sponsor objectives
- Coordinate with internal and/or third-party graphic design resources on the creation of sales materials
- Support Host Committee and sales team with relevant research regarding current and potential prospects, various corporations, and general industry information
- Review reports, proposals and other documents with extraordinary attention to detail, consistency and grammar
- Attend meetings with Host Committee, sales team, and prospect pitch meetings
- Contribute to day-to-day office operations/management such as meeting preparation, cross-department collaboration, tracking and reporting of sales, etc.
- Other job-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in sports management, sponsorship sales, brand activation, brand marketing or another related field
- Sponsorship experience at a professional sports team or league, specifically in soccer, is highly valued
- Proven ability to establish and maintain an honest and effective working relationship with the Global Events team and our clients
- Overall, act as a key member of Playfly's Global Events team and become an essential piece in maintaining our position within the industry as a leader in sponsorship sales
- Ability to be a proactive project leader
- Successful experience as a project lead with client-facing responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is mandatory
- Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software experience is valued
- Willing and able to travel as needed
COMPENSATION The pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
