Meta is looking for an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO GenAI team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers to supply product teams with critical data and data labeling for Meta's GenAI products. You will work closely with Meta product and engineering teams to deliver on Meta's product roadmap. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial leader to help innovate and execute in this dynamic space.10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working in a deadline driven environment People management experience Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces
