The Manager - Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our product portfolio. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment. As part of our Marketing Team, this role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing product development projects from inception to completion. Your goal is to optimize the performance of our product lineup by understanding market trends and analyzing consumer behavior.
This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each product meets our high-quality standards and aligns with our brand vision. Additionally, this role will be tasked with monitoring product performance, conducting market research, and leveraging insights to refine our offerings and maximize profitability.
What You Will Do At Acme:
* Develop and lead product development project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Communicate project updates and ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
* Manage and coordinate product packaging revisions and oversee the development of new packaging to enhance brand presentation.
* Create advertising/promotional material or marketing content by collaborating with appropriate team members, e.g., prepare/update web content, Sell Sheets, Product Catalogues, POS materials for Sales Team, etc.
* Assist in the management of company and product content across marketing collateral.
* Act as a resource for senior marketing professionals/management and sales staff by providing insights and recommendations.
* Conduct consumer behavior analysis and market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities. Using insights to drive product strategy and development.
* Create and analyze spreadsheets, interpret ROI and KPI metrics, and use data to optimize product performance and marketing strategies.
* Use data-driven insights to guide product strategy and development, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and market demand.
* Support and pitch in with promotional activities, community outreach, and public relations events to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous product and process improvement.
* Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market research findings.
* Other duties as assigned.
About You
Your Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience working in food, CPG, or related industries with a focus on product management of consumer durable or consumable pro.
* Demonstrated success in managing product development projects and executing marketing strategies in a consumer-facing industry.
* Good understanding of marketing elements, principles, and market research methods.

* Proficiency in MS Office with solid computer skills.
* Strong digital literacy and comfort working with various marketing and project management software.
* Possess a results-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements:
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Travel required for this role (market checks, consumer research, trade shows, etc.)
* Exposure to cold working environment; temperature between 38-45 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Compensation Range: $108,000 - $140,000 annually.
* This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
