Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing the daily operation and organization of the Professional Sales Department by supporting the field sales management team. This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and development teams to provide key insights, and map out a winning business strategy for all sales tools, including Salesforce and DOMO, and field teams. Primary responsibilities include driving improvements of professional sales systems, field iPads, and analytical capabilities for both corporate and field teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of professional sales including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other company initiatives.

Serve as the lead Manager for Salesforce (O'PRO) and DOMO strategy and future development efforts.

Identify areas of opportunity to develop automation and create user value in company intranet, Salesforce and DOMO.

Identify, plan, and administer system changes without interruption to the user.

Collaborate with field leadership team, to seek out and identify needed system changes and enhancements.

Manage all change management processes with IT and field team members for professional sales tools.

Responsible for the execution of all training, support, and communication to field team members regarding O'PRO, DOMO, and mobile sales tools.

Mentor and lead other team member's development in support of initiatives.

Communicate regularly with the user base regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the systems.

Complete regular quality assurance testing and prepare for upgrades to ensure UI/UX is acceptable for users.

Administer the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests for business matter experts.

Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

Present detailed information and recommendations to senior and executive level management regarding professional sales systems upgrades and changes.

Partner with the salesforce and DOMO development team to create processes to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads

Work closely with other stakeholders (within and outside the organization as needed) to successfully deploy after extensive testing and quality assurance.

Assist in creating and maintaining user roles, profiles and hierarchies.

Manage all basic administrative functions including reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.

Coordinate software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing.

Administer and coordinate the delivery and training of all tablets for field sales team members.

Report the usage of data and applications on all field tablets to corporate and field leaders.

Maintain account records for customers as it pertains to system connectivity.

Coordinate, attend and participate in sales meetings, and training programs.

Maintain Power Point presentations, marketing flyers and program flyers as needed.

Attend and represent the company at conventions and trade shows as needed.

Travel as needed to make sales calls with the field team.

All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of Salesforce, DOMO, and other reporting tools

Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Experience in business, communications and public relations

Advanced computer skills and knowledge of company software packages

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with a focus on customer service

Strong automotive aftermarket knowledge and skills

Desired:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, computer science, or a related field

Sales training in automotive aftermarket

Technical and operational knowledge of computer systems and software pertaining to the professional sales business

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Broad background in computer sales/operations as it applies to the O'Reilly organization
