Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Responsible for preparing and maintaining the Quality Management System for GW and Procedures for the Quality Department

* ISO9001 coordinator, AAR M1003 coordinator

* Responsible for managing all department hourly employees and their activities which include:

* Incoming and in process inspections

* Product warranty

* Internal audits

* Internal corrective actions

* Calibration of facility measurement equipment

* Calculates and reports various QA metrics

Education /Training

Certified Quality Manager, or 2-year technical degree and 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications/Experience

* Must have sufficient proven technical knowledge of all equipment, processes and products related to Quality Control functions

* Certified ISO9001 Lead Assessor

* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of GW staff and with customers

* English language functional communication required
