WSPis a happy and healthy work environment with a great attitude towards flexibility, support, inclusion, balance, and promoting leading innovation.Your Impact* Develop and implement the Technical Information Management Program for the US.* Implement National Plan to issue, track, and report on subscriptions and memberships.* Responsible for the selection of data providers and access to electronic essential industry information.* Responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to meet organizational objectives for Information Management.* Monitor resource and database usage, conduct annual gap analysis to maximize business value.* Create and maintain a secure, effective Information Service Center portal.* Collaborate with regional Project Delivery and Quality Assurance leadership to develop guidance, standards, and best practices.* Partner with Procurement and Legal departments on annual renewal agreements.* Establish workflows, process and procedures for efficiency, cost savings and reporting.* Collaborate with the technical leaders to support the PANs program and special research projects.* Identify training needs in collaboration with providers and operations leaders and deliver as required.* Develop client satisfaction best practices for monitoring program effectiveness and efficiencies.* Provide early notification to senior management and Quality Director of ongoing issues or areas of concern.Support national Quality related continual improvement initiatives.Who You AreRequired Qualifications* Have at least 7-10 years' experience in the field of Information Consultation and Management.* 5+ years in management role working closely with leadership teams.* Working knowledge of service lines and practices areas.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* Adept at using Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Preferred Qualifications* Masters degree or post graduate education.* Professional or industry related certifications.WSP Benefits:WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.Expected Salary (Colorado only): $86,700 - $144,870WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
