DescriptionA Plant Quality Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the overall quality of production within the Rushville Semi-hermetic manufacturing plant by implementing and enforcing quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and efficiency; all while collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and uphold customer expectations; key duties include inspecting products at various stages, conducting quality audits, analyzing data, identifying root causes of defects, and training staff on quality procedures.
AS A QUALITY MANAGER, YOU WILL: - Quality System Implementation:
