The Manager of Retirement Villages is a pivotal role responsible for the overall reputational, operational, and financial success of multiple Retirement Villages owned by SCC (WA) and those operated under management agreements. Integral to this role is the ability to form relationships with stakeholders, serving as a key liaison between Village Managers and residents. This role will work closely with our internal teams such as Maintenance, Sales and Refurbishment, Marketing and Communications, and the Client Experience teams ensuring seamless operations, extraordinary resident experiences, and compliance with relevant regulations.
This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with various travel in the Perth Metro area only.
