The Manager, Run Club Programming & Activation will be a key player in leading and executing a frequent cadence of events across North America. This position will work closely across the brand team, product, and marketing channels to execute high-impact events at scale and interconnected with data, loyalty and lifecycle marketing consumer journeys. Role is focused on expanding the Champs Run Club program across new markets with increased frequency, with the goals of growing brand awareness, crafting meaningful connections with consumers, and driving sales results. The Brand Team is the heartbeat of Champs Sports, uniquely positioned to bring cross-functional departments together to develop and execute marketing programs. This role provides an opportunity to be at the center of brand development and build omni retail capability. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in events and experiential marketing, exceptional communication and project management skills, and a passion for the athletically-inspired retail space. This position is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the St Petersburg, Florida office. Champs Sports conducts business across North America, with locations across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Responsibilities:The annual base salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
