About the Practice:Kaiser's Supply Chain & Manufacturing practice is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager with strong operational due diligence delivery experience, team management, and client management skills to drive the success of the practice and its blue-chip clients. Building on the established operational support the practice has provided in corporate settings, and strong growth in our commercial due diligence practice, Kaiser is looking to scale our operational due diligence engagements. About the Role:This Manager/Senior Manager position offers a unique entrepreneurial experience for a candidate who has been part of a team with demonstrated success in delivering operational due diligence projects, helping clients identify the greatest opportunities for value creation.   • Provide project management, project delivery, client relationship handling and stakeholder management support in the context of complex, fast-paced assignments
  • Lead small, high-performing teams of consultants, providing direction and coaching to help the team complete research efficiently and effectively, apply appropriate strategic and financial analyses, and successfully address the client's key questions
  • Structure analyses, organize research and data gathering efforts and provide quality assurance across the content development lifecycle
  • Manage engagement economics, timelines, and issue resolution
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the team, senior officers of the firm, and clients
  • Develop and bring forward process improvements to help deliver our operational due diligence projects more efficiently and effectively
  • Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of team members in the process of case work, as well as through dedicated learning and development efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of management consulting experience, including prior experience delivering operational due diligence projects at a top management consulting firm
  • Demonstrated track record of career growth and ambition
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading workstreams and small, high-performing teams
  • Track record as an analytical problem solver capable of breaking down diverse business problems into solvable pieces and synthesizing facts into actionable insights
  • Creative, big picture thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks (client management, project management, team management, firm leadership)
  • Undergraduate degree from a quality four-year university or college; MBA or master's degree in a related discipline is a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Foreign language skills preferred, but not required
Our preference is for an individual who can work in the Washington, DC, office though we will entertain the possibility of a hybrid schedule.
