How will you make an impact in this role?

The Information Security Manager, Software Asset Management position will collaborate and partner to develop and manage activities for the organizations Software Asset Management program and IT Product Registry capabilities, manage the product and program roadmap, and prioritize the Engineering Teams sprint backlog for components of the IT Asset Management vision. The successful candidate expected to drive out the detailed design and participate actively in all phases of the iterative process to deliver expected program outcomes.

  • Designs, develops, and manages activities from solution definition and planning through production, release, and retirement of products or processes related to IT Asset Management.
  • Serves as the central resource with design, process, development, test, quality, and marketing, throughout all stages of a product or solution lifecycle.
  • Manages the features backlog by identifying and prioritizing features and capabilities through direct input with customers, analysts, developers and architects and knowledge of the domain. Ensures user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined.
  • Facilitates resolution of risks, issues and changes related to the program.
  • Involvement includes modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the technical solutions supporting the program.
  • In partnership with others, prioritizes and maintains a product backlog consistent with expected outcomes. Performs story elaboration and refinement with the team.
  • Communicates and collaborates to build consensus across stakeholders in crafting the solution design.
  • Reviews and demonstrates functionality with stakeholders and users.
  • Leads communications, training and marketing related to the user experience and expectations.
  • Ensures operational processes are functioning to support the overall program and key performance measures met or exceeded.
  • Partner with other teams to ensure seamless, supportable capabilities developed for our customers while adhering to high quality standards.
  • Balance customer experience with regulatory compliance, ensuring audit deliverables met with the least burdensome process.
  • Subject Matter Expert in complex audits from internal and external agencies related to IT Asset Management and delivery of required resolutions to aligned plan.

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate for this position must be a proven initiative-taker with the ability to manage multiple priorities for various stakeholders. In addition, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management with proven track-record in defining winning product and process constructs and delivering to an aligned roadmap.
  • 3+ years of experience with Software Asset Management.
  • 3+ years working in a large, globally diverse organization is a plus.
  • 1+ years of audit / compliance experience.
  • Embraces a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience performing technical data analysis using input from multiple data sources.
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority and with a focus on creating buy-in.
  • Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies.
  • Proven track-record managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners.
  • Able to challenge the status quo and drive creative ideas and solutions.
  • Recognizes the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives.
  • Adapts to change quickly and easily.
  • Knows when to escalate decisions and when to make on the spot decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of banking industry and / or applicable laws and regulatory requirements related to IT Asset Management.
  • Professional certifications (i.e., CSAM, CITAM, CHAMP, CAMSE or equivalent).

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
