We are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Manager, Web Analytics within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the worlds leading Oral Care Company, we are using some of the leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. You will join a team of passionate, hardworking technologists who collaborate to design and build cutting-edge experience & marketing solutions to power Colgate-Palmolives Digital Transformation and deliver measurable business value. **What you will do:**

+ Lead all aspects of Google Tag Manager (both client-side and server-side) and Analytics projects, including handling project backlogs, resource assignments, and timelines to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery

+ Partner with the web optimization team and business customers for analytics tag requirements gathering and ensure compliance with tagging and implementation standards

+ Ensure consistent tracking, analysis, and reporting of core website KPIs, communicating them in various weekly and monthly Dashboard formats

+ Implement and improve the website tagging process, lead JIRA processes and ticketing, and handle ad hoc data requests from numerous stakeholders

+ Troubleshoot data cleanliness, data feeds, and other Google outputs, effectively communicating complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical partners

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience

+ 5+ years of web analytics experience with digital marketing and application (customer-facing portals) environment with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role

+ 3+ years of experience with web analytics process design, implementation and documentation management experience

+ Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager both client-side and server-side

+ Proven experience implementing and handling tagging across an enterprise-level site

+ Strong understanding of tag governance and data privacy laws

+ Ability to discover, analyze and clearly communicate data insights for action

+ Proven time management and prioritization skills in a global environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of experience in web development with skills in JavaScript, HTML and JQuery

+ 2 years of experience with Javascript or Google Apps script

**Compensation and Benefits**

Salary Range $144,000.00 - $172,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

+ Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

+ Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

+ Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

+ Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

+ Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

+ Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
